Dr. Layton’s academic journey includes degrees from Texas A&M University and Texas A&M University College of Medicine. He completed a rigorous training path, encompassing an internship, a general surgery residency at the University of Texas Houston Medical Center, a micro-surgery fellowship at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Houston, and a plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Houston Medical Center.
Andrea has been in the medical field for over 10 years, with the last 5 years dedicated to plastic surgery as a Certified Aesthetic Injector, patient care coordinator, and surgical technologist at Layton Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. She has received extensive training with well-known companies in the industry. Andrea graduated from college as a surgical assistant and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Texas Arlington, with the goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Passionate about her work, Andrea aims to make her patients feel happy and confident every day. She is married and has a precious 5-year-old daughter. In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her daughter and traveling with her family.
Alessa Rodriguez has been working part-time as a front desk receptionist at Layton Aesthetic Plastic Surgery for over a year. She loves greeting patients and making them feel welcome while continuously learning and growing in her role. She is currently pursuing her degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Houston. In her free time, Alessa enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants.
Marsha has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Marsha is also a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station. She has over 25 years of experience. Her greatest passion is building lasting relationships with patients and educating clients with options to look and feel their best. For the past several years, her motivation and work ethic has given her the opportunity to hone her injecting skills and build a loyal clientele. She loves the instant difference those changes have made in the confidence of others. Marsha enjoys spending time with her three children, extended family, and friends. She also enjoys hiking, travel, and great cuisine as well as reading and cooking.
Rebecca is our intern Clinic Technician while she finishes out her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with the University of Texas Arlington. She was previously enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and has also held an active Texas real estate license since 2015. Rebecca has since involved herself in the community by serving on various non-profit boards like the Kerrville Junior Service Guild, Hill Country Charity Ball, and the Arcadia Live Theater New Years Committee.
Family and friends are incredibly important to her, but she also enjoys paddle boarding, reading, and traveling when she isn’t studying. Helping others is where she finds purpose and she has a knack for remaining logical and collected under pressure.
